Cookie Declaration

Last updated: 15 August 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners.

CreativeArc takes a minimal approach to cookies. We use only what is strictly necessary to operate the platform-no advertising, no cross-site tracking, no analytics cookies.

2. Cookies we set

The following cookies are set by CreativeArc directly:

NameTypePurposeDurationParty
sidebar_stateFunctionalRemembers whether your sidebar is open or collapsed between visits.Session / persistent (localStorage)First-party
arc_cookie_consentFunctionalRecords that you have acknowledged this cookie notice, so it is not shown again.Persistent (localStorage)First-party

Both values are stored in localStorage, not as HTTP cookies. They are never transmitted to our servers and cannot be used to track you across sites.

3. Third-party cookies

CreativeArc uses the following third-party services that may set their own cookies or use equivalent storage mechanisms:

NameTypePurposeDurationParty
__session / __client_uatAuthenticationClerk authentication session-keeps you signed in.Session / 1 yearClerk (clerk.com)
Stripe cookiesFunctionalStripe uses cookies on its hosted payment pages to detect fraud and process payments securely.Session / 1 yearStripe (stripe.com)
Sentry error monitoringFunctionalCaptures crash reports and error diagnostics (URL, browser, stack trace) to help us fix bugs. Does not set tracking cookies and does not include your generated images or prompts.N/ASentry (sentry.io)

These third-party cookies are subject to the respective providers' own cookie and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those directly:

4. What we do NOT use

CreativeArc does not use:

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Cross-site tracking or fingerprinting
  • Social media pixels

5. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Here are links to the cookie management pages for common browsers:

Clearing cookies will sign you out of CreativeArc and reset your UI preferences. The localStorage items (sidebar_state, arc_cookie_consent) can be cleared from your browser's developer tools under Application → Local Storage.

6. Your consent

When you first visit CreativeArc, a notice appears at the bottom of the screen informing you of our minimal cookie use. Clicking "Got it" records your acknowledgement in localStorage. Because we use only functional storage that is strictly necessary to operate the platform, your continued use of CreativeArc constitutes acceptance of this policy.

If you have questions, email support@creativearc.ai.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
