Infinite canvas for references, notes, and planning

Board

Board is an infinite, zoomable canvas for collecting and organising everything related to a project-reference images, sticky notes, freehand sketches, data tables, annotation pins, links with live previews, and task tracking-all in one place. Every change is saved automatically. Multiple team members can work on the same board simultaneously with live cursors.

01
Create or open a board
Go to Board from the home page and click New Board. Each board is auto-saved and appears in your boards list sorted by last opened. Boards shared with you appear in a separate Shared with me section.
02
Add your first nodes
Drag an image file from your desktop onto the canvas to add an image card. Click the Sticky tool in the toolbar to place a sticky note. Use the toolbar to access all other node types.
03
Connect nodes
Hover the edge of any node until the connector handle appears, then drag to another node. Connection lines snap between nodes and stay attached when nodes are moved.
04
Track tasks
Open the side planner panel on any image card to add tasks with statuses and due dates. Switch to the Tasks or Calendar tabs in the bottom bar to see all tasks across the board.

Annotation pin
What it is
An annotation pin is a note card that can be anchored to a specific point on an image card. A line connects the pin to its anchor point and moves with it when the image is dragged.
Status
Each annotation has a status: To Do, In Progress, or Done. Click the status badge on the pin to cycle through. The status is reflected in the Planner panel and Tasks tab.
Link URL
Paste a URL into the link field on the pin. The app automatically fetches the page's open-graph metadata-title, site name, favicon, and preview image-and displays them as a link card.
Reference images
Upload additional reference images directly on the annotation pin. These are stored in cloud storage alongside board images.
Anchor point
When placed near an image card, the pin connects to a point on that image. Drag the small circle anchor handle to reposition the connection point.
Table
Column types
Seven column types: Text (free text), Number, Select (single choice from a defined list), Date, Status (To Do / In Progress / Done with colour badges), Tags (multi-label), and Priority (Low / Medium / High).
Add columns / rows
Click the + button at the end of the header row to add a column. Click + at the bottom of the table to add a row.

Other node types
Text node
Free-floating text with the same formatting options as a sticky note-font, size, bold, italic, colour, and checkbox list mode. Use it for headings or labels that don't need a coloured background.
Shape

Emoji
A large emoji placed as a standalone node. Resizable. Useful as visual dividers or emotional tone markers.

Spreadsheet / file card
Dropping a CSV or XLSX file creates a spreadsheet node or a file card, depending on how the file parses-in addition to the structured Table node.
PDF
Dropping a PDF onto the board creates a dedicated PDF node you can preview inline.
Connections
Drag from the edge connector of any node to another node to draw a connection line with an arrowhead. Click a connection line to select and delete it.
