Mobile layout & touch controls

Using on mobile

CreativeArc works on phones and tablets. The interface adapts to smaller screens-panels slide up as bottom sheets, navigation moves to a fixed bottom bar, and touch gestures replace right-click interactions. This page covers every difference you'll encounter on mobile versus desktop.

RenderEdit on mobile

Bottom navigation
A fixed 4-tab bar replaces the desktop sidebar. Tabs: Canvas (the node canvas), Preview (full-area view of the selected image), Layers (mask painting and compositing), and Controls (generation settings panel).
Controls tab
Tapping Controls slides the generation settings panel up over the canvas. Tap outside or switch to another tab to dismiss it. All generation settings-tab selection, prompt, resolution, and options-are inside this panel.
Tab strip (generation tabs)
In the Controls panel, generation tabs show icons only-the sub-label text (e.g. "Concepts", "Textures") is hidden on mobile to save space. The active tab is highlighted with an underline.
History bar
A collapsible history strip sits just above the bottom nav bar. Tap to expand it and see thumbnail previews of your generated images. Tap a thumbnail to select it on the canvas.
Canvas interactions
Tap a node to select it: a ••• button appears above it instead of the desktop toolbar. Tap ••• to open the same actions-Info, Ref, Texture, Layers, Send to, Save, Copy, Duplicate, Split, Prompt, Delete, and more-as a bottom sheet. Long-press on empty canvas still opens the pane menu (paste, etc.); long-press on a node does not.
Send to Video
In the Video tab, tap a canvas node's ••• button and choose Send to Start Image or Send to End Image (or the equivalent Start/End frame action for the active video model).
Reference images panel
The reference images panel is hidden on mobile. Reference images cannot be added from a phone. Use a tablet or desktop for workflows that rely on reference images.
Status bar
The desktop status bar at the bottom of the screen is hidden on mobile and replaced by the bottom nav spacer.

Interior Concept Generator on mobile

Bottom navigation
A fixed 4-tab bar at the bottom: Brief (your project inputs), Concept (the generated concept overview), Versions (version history), and Images (direction renders and moodboards).
Brief tab
Fill in your project brief here-space type, style, requirements, and any other inputs. All form fields are accessible by scrolling within the tab.
Generate button
A sticky Generate Concept button is pinned to the bottom of the Brief tab. Tapping it starts generation and automatically switches you to the Concept tab to show progress.
Concept tab
Shows the generated concept overview-title, description, design directions, and a brief summary. Section headers stack vertically on mobile rather than sitting side-by-side.
Versions tab
Browse previous concept versions for the session. Tap any version to restore it to the Concept tab.
Images tab
View direction renders and moodboard images. Images are displayed in a single-column grid on mobile rather than the 2-column layout on desktop. Tap any image to open the fullscreen lightbox.
Lightbox swipe
In the fullscreen image viewer, swipe left or right to navigate between images without closing the lightbox.
Bottom bar
The credits summary and export bar at the bottom of the desktop layout is hidden on mobile. Downloads are available via the individual image download buttons.

3D Generator on mobile

Controls toggle
A Controls button appears in a second nav row below the main header. Tap it to show or hide the settings panel (source image, generation options, export format). Tap again to dismiss.
3D model viewer
The model viewer is fully touch-enabled. Single finger drag to rotate, pinch to zoom, and two-finger drag to pan around the model.
Source image
Upload or remove a source image from the Controls panel. The frosted glass Download and Fullscreen buttons appear over the image on tap.

World Generator on mobile

Controls & Outputs toggles
Two buttons appear in a second nav row: Controls (generation settings) and Outputs (panorama, world description). Tap either to slide it up as a bottom sheet. Only one can be open at a time.
Bottom sheet
The controls and outputs panels slide up to 85% of the screen height. A drag handle appears at the top of the sheet. Tap the backdrop (dimmed area) to close the sheet.
Viewer-look around
Single finger drag to orbit and look around the 3D world.
Viewer-move forward / back
Pinch to move forward or backward through the scene. Pinch outward moves forward, pinch inward moves back.
Viewer-D-pad
An on-screen directional pad (↑ ← ↓ →) sits in the bottom-left of the viewer. Hold any button to move continuously. The E button moves up and the Q button moves down. All buttons respond to touch.
Best experience: Generation settings, reference image uploads, and multi-column layouts work best on a tablet or desktop. For on-the-go browsing, reviewing sessions, and exploring 3D worlds, the phone layout works well.
