Turn a deck into a brand-native document
Document Editor
Document Editor lives under the Presentations tab on the Documents home page. It takes a source deck (or a blank page) and rebuilds it, page by page, using your brand's own colours, fonts, and layout conventions-then lets you fine-tune every block by hand, present it full-screen, share a public link, or export to PDF or PowerPoint.

Create a project
Click New Restyle from Presentations. Choose a page size and orientation-Widescreen, Standard, A-series, US Letter/Legal, Square, Portrait, or Story-in the page setup dialog, then click Create.

Add content
No source deck is required-add a blank page and design it directly. To restyle an existing deck instead, upload a PDF or image from the Pages panel; source pages appear as thumbnails you can reorder or remove.

Extract & analyse
Select the source pages you want to use and click Extract to pull out text and graphics. Run Re-analyze in the Brand panel to detect a palette, fonts, and logo treatment from your uploaded brand documents.

Design & refine
Click Design this page (or Redesign this page once a design exists) to have AI lay the page out in your brand style, then fine-tune blocks directly on the canvas.
