Group the work for one job
Projects
A Project collects the concepts, boards, renders, sketch plans, 3D models, worlds, documents and interactive projects for one job in one place. Projects only group your work: nothing is moved, copied or shared by adding it to one. Open Projects from the app switcher or from the Projects card on the dashboard.
New project
Click New project, then give it a name. You can also set a project type, a location or client, and a description.
Find a project
Use Search projects and the sort menu (Recently updated, Recently created, Name A to Z).
Cover image
Open a project and upload a cover, or choose Use as project cover from the menu on any item that has a thumbnail.
Add existing
Click Add existing, pick a type, tick the items and press Add. An item can belong to one project at a time, so adding something that is already in another project moves it here. The dialog tells you which project it is leaving.
New
The New menu creates an Interior concept, Exterior concept, Board, Render, 3D model, World, Document or Interactive project directly inside the project.
Remove from project
Use the menu on an item and choose Remove from project. The item itself is kept.
Archive and delete
Archive a project to hide it from the main list. Click Archived on the Projects page to see archived projects and restore them. Archived projects cannot be added to until they are restored. Deleting a project does not delete the work inside it.
Tip: A project also gives the Colour and Material libraries a shared palette: choose the project in either library and favourite colours or materials for the whole job.
