Keep several sessions open

Workspace tabs

The workspace rail on the side of the app keeps your open tool sessions as tabs, so you can move between a render, a concept and a board without losing your place. Each tab keeps its own state while you work in another.

Open a new session

Use the new-session button on the rail and choose a tool, for example Concept Generator, RenderEdit, Document Editor or Interactive.

Tab actions

Open a tab's menu to Duplicate it, Close it, Close others or Close others below. Use the collapse and expand buttons to shrink or widen the rail.

All sessions

Choose All sessions to see and search every open session.

Keyboard shortcuts

Previous / next tab

Ctrl / Cmd + Shift + [ or ]

Search open sessions

Ctrl / Cmd + Shift + P, or Ctrl / Cmd + Alt + P if your system reserves the first. Use the arrow keys and Enter to choose.

Reopen a closed tab

Ctrl / Cmd + Alt + T

Note: Shortcuts are ignored while you are typing in a text field.
