Sign Up & Set Up

Go to creativearc.ai and click Get started. You can sign up with your Google account or any email address. Signing in with Google is the fastest path - no password needed.

If you sign up with an email address, CreativeArc will send a verification code to your inbox. Enter the code on the verification screen to activate your account. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute.

Every new account receives 50 free credits on signup - enough for several generations at 1K or 2K resolution. No credit card is required to start.

The Free plan gives you 50 credits to explore CreativeArc with no time limit. It is for personal, non-commercial use. If you run out of credits you can purchase a credit pack or upgrade to a paid plan.

Buy credits without a subscription from the Pricing page, the Credit Pack section of Settings → Plans, or Buy Credits on the Settings page: choose any amount from 500 to 10,000 credits at £1.50 per 100. Purchased credits stack on top of any plan and are valid for 12 months from purchase; buying again extends the whole balance for another 12 months.

Go to Settings → Plans and click Subscribe on the plan you want (Resubscribe if you cancelled earlier). On the free plan, Settings → Billing also has an Upgrade button that takes you there. Use Settings → Billing to see your payment method and invoices, or to Cancel subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe - your card details are never stored by CreativeArc. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

CreativeArc supports three tiers of API key access:

API Plan — Designed for studios and power users who want full cost control. You must connect your own key for every provider you use. Providers without a connected key are blocked — there is no fallback to platform credits. You pay for platform access and storage; generation costs go directly to your API providers.

Pro / Studio — You can optionally connect your own key for any provider. When a key is connected, that provider uses your quota and bypasses credit charges. When no key is connected, the provider falls back to CreativeArc's platform key and bills your subscription credits as normal. Mix and match per provider.

Free — API key connection is not available. All generations are billed against your free credit balance.

Anthropic, Black Forest Labs, BytePlus / Ark, Gemini, Magnific, Meshy, OpenAI, Recraft, Replicate, and Tripo3D. All providers support BYOK. Connect a BytePlus Ark key in Settings → API Key to use your own quota; leave it disconnected and it falls back to platform credits.

Navigate to Settings → API Key. Find the provider, click Connect, paste your key, and press Connect key (the button reads Update key once a key is saved). CreativeArc validates the key with the provider immediately. If validation fails, check that the key has the correct permissions and has not expired.

Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and bound to your account before storage. A key is never returned to the browser after saving — you will only see its connected status. To update a key, click Replace, paste the new key, and save; the old one is overwritten immediately.

Click Remove next to any connected key. For API Plan users, that provider becomes blocked until a new key is added. For Pro / Studio users, that provider reverts to platform credits automatically.

Update your first and last name from Settings → Profile. Your email address is managed through your authentication provider (Google or Clerk) and cannot be changed directly within CreativeArc.

Your current credit balance and a usage breakdown are visible in Settings → Credits, which lists the credit cost of each tool and your usage history. The balance is also shown in the top-right corner of the RenderEdit header when you are in a session.

Go to Settings → Profile and click Delete account (on the Settings page it is the Delete Account box at the bottom). You will be asked to confirm your intent. This immediately cancels any active subscription, removes all your images and files from storage, deletes your database records, and signs you out. The action is irreversible-there is no recovery period once confirmed.

If you are a member of an organisation, your membership is automatically removed when your account is deleted-no extra step needed.

If you are the owner of an organisation with other members, the delete button is disabled until you transfer ownership. Select a new owner from the dropdown that appears, click Transfer ownership, then proceed with deletion.

If you are the owner and the only member, go to Settings → Team and delete the organisation, then return to Settings → Profile to delete your account.

Open the Settings page (/settings), find Your Data and click Export my data (.json) to download your credit history, sessions, and account info at any time. For anything not covered by the export, email support@creativearc.ai.
