From zero to first generation
Sign Up & Set Up
Getting started with CreativeArc takes under two minutes. Follow the steps below to create your account, add billing if needed, and run your first generation.
Create your account
Sign up
Go to creativearc.ai and click Get started. You can sign up with your Google account or any email address. Signing in with Google is the fastest path - no password needed.
Email verification
If you sign up with an email address, CreativeArc will send a verification code to your inbox. Enter the code on the verification screen to activate your account. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute.
Free credits
Every new account receives 50 free credits on signup - enough for several generations at 1K or 2K resolution. No credit card is required to start.
Choose a plan
Free tier
The Free plan gives you 50 credits to explore CreativeArc with no time limit. It is for personal, non-commercial use. If you run out of credits you can purchase a credit pack or upgrade to a paid plan.
Pro plan - £49/mo
For designers shipping client work every week. 3,500 credits per month. All generation tools. Brand restyle and interactive decks. Priority generation queue.
Studio plan - £99/mo
For studios and teams running multiple projects. 7,000 credits per month. Everything in Pro. Team workspaces and shared boards. Highest generation priority.
API Plan plan - £20/mo
Bring your own model key and pay only for platform access. Unlimited generations on your own key. All generation tools. No platform credit metering.
Credit pack
Buy credits without a subscription from the Pricing page or Settings → Buy Credits: choose any amount from 500 to 10,000 credits at £1.50 per 100. Purchased credits stack on top of any plan and are valid for 12 months from purchase; buying again extends the whole balance for another 12 months.
Upgrading
Go to Settings → Billing and click Upgrade. Billing is handled by Stripe - your card details are never stored by CreativeArc. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Connect your own API key (optional)
Who this is for
If you are on the API Plan and want to use your own Gemini or OpenAI key, this bypasses CreativeArc's credit system entirely - generations are charged directly to your key at the provider's standard rates.
Adding a key
Navigate to Settings → API Keys. Paste your key into the relevant field (Gemini API key or OpenAI API key) and click Save. CreativeArc will immediately validate the key with the provider. If validation fails, check that the key has the correct permissions and has not expired.
Key security
Your API key is encrypted before it is stored. It is never returned to the browser after saving - you will only see a masked version. If you need to update it, paste a new key and save; the old one is overwritten. See the Legal section for details on key handling.
Switching back
To stop using your own key and revert to CreativeArc plan credits, go to Settings → API Keys and delete the key. CreativeArc will immediately switch back to credit-based billing for new generations.
Account settings
Profile
Update your display name and profile photo from Settings → Profile. Your email address is managed through your authentication provider (Google or Clerk) and cannot be changed directly within CreativeArc.
Credit balance
Your current credit balance and a usage breakdown are visible in Settings → Billing. The balance is also shown in the top-right corner of the RenderEdit header when you are in a session.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings → Security and click Delete account. You will be asked to confirm your intent. This immediately cancels any active subscription, removes all your images and files from storage, deletes your database records, and signs you out. The action is irreversible-there is no recovery period once confirmed.
If you are a member of an organisation, your membership is automatically removed when your account is deleted-no extra step needed.
If you are the owner of an organisation with other members, the delete button is disabled until you transfer ownership. Select a new owner from the dropdown that appears, click Transfer ownership, then proceed with deletion.
If you are the owner and the only member, go to Settings → Team and delete or dissolve the organisation, then return to the Security tab to delete your account.
