Teams & Organisations

Go to Settings → Team, enter a name under Create an organization and create it. Only the owner can change the name later with Rename. Members see the name on their settings page.

Only the owner can buy credits for the organisation (Buy credits for this organisation). Members can still buy personal credits for their own accounts, which stay a separate balance. Members' own plan credits are never pooled.

In Settings → Team, the owner sees the whole organisation balance, how much is Unassigned, and an Assigned box for each member. Type a whole number and press Enter to set that member's balance. Raising it takes credits from the unassigned amount; lowering it returns unused credits. Assigned credits are reserved, so other members can't spend them. The owner spends only the unassigned credits. Members see only their own balance, not the total or anyone else's.

When a member generates, CreativeArc uses the credits assigned to them first by default. If they have none left, it falls back to their personal credits. A member can also open Settings → Billing → Credit source and choose Personal credits only (the other option is Automatic (recommended)).

From Settings → Team, under Invite a member, click Generate link, then copy it. Share the link with anyone you want to add. Anyone with the link who has a CreativeArc account can join.

When a user visits an invite link, they are shown the organisation name and asked to confirm they want to join. After accepting, they have no team credits until the owner assigns some.

The org owner can remove individual members from the Members list in Settings → Team using the Remove member button. Removed members lose their assigned credits, which return to the unassigned amount.

Invite links expire automatically after 7 days, or you can cancel an individual pending invite from the Pending invites list before it's accepted. Existing members already in the organisation are never affected by this.

Only the organisation owner can delete the org. Go to Settings → Team, scroll to the bottom and click Delete Organization. Members who are not the owner see Leave Organization there instead. All members immediately lose access and the organisation's credits are removed. This action is irreversible.
