Shared credits and collaborative access
Teams & Organisations
Organisations let you invite team members under a shared credit pool. Any generation run by a member draws from the org's credits first - individual members don't need their own plans. Ideal for studios where multiple designers work on client projects simultaneously.
Creating an organisation
Create
Go to Settings → Organisation and click Create organisation. Give it a name - this is visible to members on their settings page.
Credits
An organisation's credit pool is funded by the owner purchasing credit packs. Members' individual plan credits are not pooled - only credits explicitly added to the org are shared.
Credit priority
When a member of your org generates, CreativeArc uses the org's credit pool first by default. If the org pool is empty, it falls back to the member's personal credits. A member can also manually set their preference to always spend personal credits instead, skipping the org pool.
Inviting members
Invite link
From Settings → Organisation, click Generate invite link. Share the link with anyone you want to add. Anyone with the link who has a CreativeArc account can join.
Joining
When a user visits an invite link, they are shown the organisation name and asked to confirm they want to join. After accepting, the org's credit pool is available to them immediately.
Revoking access
The org owner can remove individual members from Settings → Organisation → Members. Removed members immediately lose access to the org credit pool.
Invite link expiry
Invite links expire automatically after 7 days, or you can cancel an individual pending invite from the list before it's accepted. Existing members already in the organisation are never affected by this.
Deleting an organisation
Owner only
Only the organisation owner can delete the org. Go to Settings → Organisation → Danger Zone and click Delete organisation. All members immediately lose access and the shared credit pool is removed. This action is irreversible.
Billing note: Org credits are purchased as standard credit packs by the org owner. The Studio plan includes up to 3 team seats and is the recommended starting point for small studio teams.
